As Program Executive of IBM's CX platform, I cultivate opportunities for experience-led digital transformations that drive the core of Customer Engagement for my clients. Today, my team’s solutions are deriving actionable insights for exciting venues such as the Atlanta Falcons’ Mercedes Benz Stadium and U.S.-based theme parks.

My delivery skillsets were honed in business strategy consulting followed by product innovation & engineering, program management, UI/UX design, and now, sales and business development. Seeing products through a full lifecycle has enabled me to get hands-on with IBM Design Thinking, Watson cloud and analytics, omni-channel marketing, and cross-sector implementations that have resulted in $100M+ client partnerships.

My interest in the digital and mobile space was shaped within the Tiger Team of the Apple + IBM partnership in 2015, where I helped define and launch the first financial services app to operate on the initial Apple Watch release. Today, I am exploring innovative ways to apply cognitive AI in behavioral economics and the best practices for client success.

In addition to business and technical leadership, I also have a passion for entrepreneurship and social impact. Over the years, that passion has set the principle of my problem solving approach. I am an eager student of innovation - process and technology - and am seeking to grow my career.
