Francis K. Achampong, Ph.D. is chancellor at Penn State Mont Alto. He is the chief executive officer and principal academic leader of the campus and is responsible for the quality of academic programs; stewardship of the teaching, research, and service mission; strategic planning; budgeting; philanthropy; faculty and staff development; recruitment and evaluation; outreach; and alumni relations. Achampong has twenty years of classroom experience as a faculty member and currently holds the rank of tenured professor of law.
