Penn State York: Visit to Think Loud Development Center/United Fiber & Data
The Graham Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies at Penn State York regularly offers presentations by entrepreneurs and leaders in our community to our students. For GEW, The Graham Center students will visit Think Loud Development, a venue that is part of the revitalization of downtown York.

Focused on urban revitalization, Think Loud's projects serve to enhance culture, civic pride and the environment. Their highly publicized projects in York, Reading and Allentown represent an extraordinary effort to revitalize key urban areas in underserved parts of the Commonwealth. With more than 450,000 square feet of ongoing construction and a growing portfolio of Pennsylvania real estate, the company is dramatically impacting the local communities of York, Allentown, and Reading, with sights set on Lancaster as well. Think Loud’s current investments total over $50 million. Seeing bricks and mortar as only a shell to house the potential within, Think Loud combines inspired development, creative strategy, and a deep sense of social responsibility that ultimately contributes to viable downtown economies and revitalized communities. The Think Loud Development company was started by members of the music band LIVE, so the underlying rocker theme makes this event even cooler.
