The Garber Center for Venture Capital at the Smeal College of Business and the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship are co-sponsoring a TEDxPSU Action Surge Workshop. The workshop will be moderated by a representative of Action Surge, LLC, a company founded by a Penn State alumnus. A company devoted to promoting innovation in business, Action Surge specializes in helping entrepreneurs and innovators turn dreams into reality, and the Surge methodology is the answer to the question, “How do we help people act on their ideas?”
The Action Surge Blueprint is a ten-step process to help everyone take responsibility for their ideas and put them into action. This framework has been perfected with sociologists, psychologists, and even drill sergeants to overcome the barriers that hold people back from taking action. This two-hour session will take attendees through the Action Surge methodology.
