In today’s marketplace, it is imperative that employees and entrepreneurs are able to adjust their social style to create better working relationships with team members and customers. During this session, we will explore the traits of Assertiveness and Responsiveness to help determine each participant’s dominant social style. In addition, we will discuss methods of identifying the social styles of others and ways that we all can modify our behaviors to be more in harmony with those that have different styles than our own.
